Sales and Shipping
All products are made on-demand after your order is placed. Please allow ten (10) business days for delivery of your order. Large or custom designed orders may take longer. You will be notified by email if you order will require a substantial lead time.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Tracking information will be supplied when your order has shipped.
Customer Service and Returns
Returned items must be in new, unused/unworn condition. Once your return is processed, we will issue a credit to the card used for purchase. Please note that funds availability is dependent upon your card issuer. Unfortunately, custom order sales are non-refundable. If you would like to return an item in your order, please use our contact form to send us a message.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Your privacy is important to us; we will only use your personal information to ship your order and/or to contact you regarding specials or company news. We will not sell or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties. We will however supply any and all information requested legally by law enforcement agencies.
